Hitting partners set the amounts
After selecting a venue in your application or Partner profile, open Costs + on its main-form row to set a flat travel expense and an hourly court booking fee. Each venue has independent amounts. Removing and reselecting a managed venue retains its configured costs. Disabling and reenabling a saved custom entry retains its identity and costs. A newly added custom entry has a new identity and its own costs. Save the application or profile to persist changes. The booker sees the applicable amounts before submitting or accepting the booking terms.
Paid outside servingT
Any displayed court booking fee or travel expense is payable directly to the venue or hitting partner as applicable. servingT does not charge, collect, reimburse, or cover it. If request terms change, review the proposed venue and external-cost snapshot before accepting. After confirmation, either party can propose a venue change with external costs. Blank costs mean unspecified; zero means no expense. Compact summaries hide the external-cost disclosure when every applicable amount is unspecified or zero. Consent review still shows changed terms, including a positive cost changing to zero. Accepting the venue and costs does not change session price, deposit, servingT fees, GST or payouts.
