Cancellation and No-show Policy

A hitting partner or administrator may record a no-show from 15 minutes after the scheduled start, provided the booking has not already been resolved.

An unresolved, paid booking is automatically completed 60 minutes after the scheduled end. Completed sessions and valid no-shows remain eligible for the separately authorised remaining-balance payment.

A cancellation, dispute, or manual-review state blocks any new remaining-balance payment and any new partner transfer. Hitting-partner cancellations default to a full deposit refund to the booker.
