Cancellation and No-show Policy

A hitting partner or administrator may record a no-show from 15 minutes after the scheduled start, provided the booking has not already been resolved.

An unresolved, paid booking is automatically completed 60 minutes after the scheduled end. Completed sessions and valid no-shows remain eligible for the separately authorised remaining-balance payment.

A paid booking cancelled by the booker forfeits the deposit. The hitting partner receives the protected partner share of that deposit through the normal weekly payout, after the actual Stripe card-processing fee and the usual Stripe Connect cost recovery. servingT retains the portions of its booking and partner platform fees represented in the deposit calculation.

A hitting-partner cancellation instead defaults to a full deposit refund to the booker. Mutual reschedules do not create cancellation compensation, and no-show settlement remains a separate process. A dispute or manual-review state pauses settlement until it is resolved.
