What we collect

If you join the Serving T waitlist, we collect your email address, the date and wording of your consent, and limited attribution information such as referral source and UTM campaign fields. Our hosting providers may also process standard technical logs needed to keep the site reliable and secure.

How we use it

We use waitlist information to provide Serving T launch updates and related product news, understand which campaigns introduce people to Serving T, prevent abuse, and operate the service. Joining the waitlist does not trigger an automatic email.

Who processes it

We use service providers, including Supabase for database services and Vercel for website hosting. They process information on our behalf under their own security and privacy commitments. We do not sell waitlist information.

Cookies

The waitlist page uses only essential cookies, including a cookie that remembers whether you dismissed the cookie notice. No advertising cookies are active on the waitlist page.

Retention and security

We keep waitlist information only as long as it is reasonably needed for the purposes above, legal obligations, and resolving disputes. We use access controls and other reasonable safeguards, but no internet service can promise absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to access or correct your personal information, withdraw marketing consent, or ask us to remove you from the waitlist. Every future marketing message will include an unsubscribe option. These rights are subject to applicable law, including the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.
