Available venue types

A session can take place at the hitting partner's enabled home court, the booker's home court or another venue agreed by both parties, or a public court. servingT also maintains a list of publicly bookable venues that enabled hitting partners can offer. Travelling service areas identify where availability is offered; they are not confirmed courts. Approval-required travel requests choose an offered court or Other venue with mandatory actual location details. Instant bookings require an affirmatively offered venue and cannot use a generic travel area.

Choosing venues you offer

In your application or Partner profile, enable your primary club independently and use + Add venues to search and select managed public facilities. Only selected venues appear on the main form. Your primary service city determines the suggested order; search still covers the entire active catalogue. Changing your service area does not remove your selections. Uncheck a selected venue to remove it, or reselect it through Add venues. Use + Add custom for several named courts, entering only Venue name and City; country is New Zealand. Existing optional suburb/address details are preserved. Costs + expands below name and city for primary and custom courts. Managed venues show catalogue geography that you cannot edit. Uncheck a saved custom court to disable and collapse it; reenable it from Inactive custom venues with its identity and fees retained. Delete an inactive custom court after confirming, then save to remove it from your configuration and selected availability lists. Future bookings, active requests or pending proposals using it must be resolved first. Saving names each blocked court and its commitments. Safe independent removals still succeed; blocked courts remain exactly as previously saved, and the confirmation distinguishes removed courts from those that must remain disabled. Historical snapshots remain unchanged. Unchecking a newly added unsaved custom entry discards it. Editing or disabling a court does not rewrite accepted booking history. Existing primary courts are recorded as Auckland, New Zealand. Save the application or profile to persist changes.

Availability venue selection

Every block shows its effective service area. Ordinary blocks default to All enabled venues in this service area, dynamically matching country and city. Existing ordinary unrestricted blocks have been changed to this default; explicit selected lists and travelling blocks are preserved. You can explicitly choose All enabled venues to include every enabled court regardless of city, including newly enabled courts. Also included outside this service area identifies cross-city courts to the partner without restricting bookings. All enabled venues in this service area is a separate dynamic option matching country and city only. Selected venues only offers the explicit checked courts, including deliberately selected courts in other cities; an empty selection never broadens. Travelling blocks require explicit selected courts and do not inherit home venues. Bookers see an offered court's name and city without an outside-area warning. No travel-time feasibility checks are performed.

Venue responsibilities

Both parties should confirm access and follow the venue's booking, visitor, payment, footwear, conduct, and cancellation rules. A venue's availability on servingT does not override its own rules or guarantee a court booking.
