Propose rather than assume

Use Change booking on a confirmed booking, select another available date/time and choose a highlighted calendar date and time. Review its destination area, venue and external costs before submitting one combined proposal. In the same service area, you may explicitly retain the current agreed venue and exact external costs, even if the partner has since disabled it. This does not reenable that court for new bookings. A globally inactive managed venue cannot be retained. A different area requires explicit selection or reconfirmation. Named replacements follow the destination block’s actual offered courts; global enablement alone does not make a court eligible. Deliberately selected cross-city courts remain eligible. Destinations without offered courts require Other venue with actual details unless the current agreed venue can validly be retained in the same area. To change only the venue, keep the existing date/time and choose another venue in the same workflow. Booking change history appears only when a resolved confirmed-booking attempt exists; a pending proposal remains prominently actionable on its own. Review shows pending Current → Proposed terms; accepted history shows Previous → Accepted terms; older records without a reliable previous snapshot show only the recorded result and decision date. Later changes do not rewrite earlier history. The counterparty accepts the complete time and venue together; rejection or withdrawal leaves the current booking unchanged. This applies to adverse weather, venue problems and other changes of plans. The other party can accept or reject it; a message alone does not change the booking. Booking-change emails include recorded current and proposed terms, costs and the actual proposal status. Sign in through the direct review link; opening it does not accept the proposal.

Deadline

A confirmed-booking reschedule must be proposed at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start. Availability and conflicts are checked again when a proposal is made and accepted. If the deadline has passed, contact the other party in-app and contact servingT support before taking any cancellation action.
