Instant times offer only enabled primary, managed or custom courts expressly offered for the selected availability block. Other venue is available only for approval-required requests. Travelling times without an eligible selected court automatically display and use Request to book, without changing the partner’s Instant preference. The information icon explains why; selecting an eligible court restores Instant unless Request to book was explicitly chosen. Choose an offered court or Other venue with actual location details for an approval-required request. Instant times continue to the deposit. Request to book times go to the hitting partner first and take no payment until accepted. Availability, eligibility, price, venue terms, and deadlines are checked again before payment. Participant and partner approval
A parent or guardian books for a junior participant. Eligibility uses the participant's age on the session date: Junior Hitting Sessions require a participant under 18 and Junior-approved partner; Senior Hitting Sessions require an adult participant and adult-approved partner. A partner approved only for Junior sessions can accept eligible Junior bookings in either booking mode. Rescheduling checks age and approval again. If checkout reports that the partner is no longer eligible, refresh and choose a compatible session or another partner.
