Private booking conversation

The booker and hitting partner can message while a request is pending and during its active deposit-payment period. Use Propose a change, rather than a message alone, to suggest another available time or venue before acceptance. The request stays active and the other person must approve; a proposal does not reserve the time.

After confirmation

For confirmed upcoming sessions, open Current booking and changes from the conversation or Change booking from the booking. Either party can propose an offered or one-off venue, with a new time in the same recorded proposal when needed. Review and accept the complete proposed time, destination and external costs together. Only the other party can accept or reject; the proposer can withdraw. One pending proposal is allowed. The current venue stays effective until explicit acceptance; ordinary chat is not acceptance. Booking-change emails include the recorded terms and status with an authenticated review link; opening the link is not acceptance. Booking change history preserves original and subsequent time and venue terms. For converted requests, Original request and negotiation history remains separate from the Current confirmed booking and its accepted amendments; the original request is historical and is never rewritten. Cancellation, refunds, session start or changed times invalidate pending proposals. The same conversation continues after confirmation and remains writable through seven days after the session ends. Closed or expired requests and cancelled, refunded, or no-show bookings are read-only. Keep discovery, booking, messages, and payment on servingT so both parties retain a clear record and access to platform support.
