Before a request is accepted
The booker or hitting partner can propose another available time, another venue, or both. The request stays active while the other party reviews the proposed terms. A proposal does not reserve the new time, and the other party must accept it before those terms take effect.
After the booking is confirmed
Either party can propose another valid time from the booking. The session type and duration stay the same, and the other party must accept the proposal. Choose Change booking to change time only, venue only, or both. Keep unchanged terms explicitly, choose a replacement time with the calendar, then review Current booking → Proposed booking before submitting. An actual change is required. Review the complete proposed time, venue, service area and external expenses together. Named replacement courts must be enabled and offered by the applicable availability block: All enabled venues, All enabled venues in this service area, or Selected venues only. Deliberately selected cross-city courts remain offered. Other venue is a separate negotiated choice requiring actual location details and consent. Only the other party may accept or reject; the proposer can withdraw. Pending changes appear above booking actions with current and proposed terms and a direct Review proposal or View proposal link. Emails identify the adult booker or guardian, participant and partner and link to authenticated review. Every booking-change email includes protected current and proposed terms, external costs and the recorded status, even when its surrounding wording or branding is edited. Opening an email link requires sign-in and does not accept a proposal. After proposing, accepting, rejecting or withdrawing, a visible confirmation and focused section show the actual result. Stale decisions report the resolved status and never replace it with a new outcome. Review changes keeps your draft when returning to edit. A resolved link shows the actual status. After acceptance, another valid amendment may be proposed. Until acceptance, the current confirmed venue remains in place. Original venue and amendment history are retained. A venue-only change does not change servingT payments. Pending venue proposals are invalidated when times change, the session starts, or cancellation/refund processing makes the booking ineligible.
