Cost breakdown
Hourly rates are converted to the selected duration. The checkout summary shows the session rate, servingT booking fee, deposit, and remaining balance before the booker authorises payment. Court booking fees and travel expenses are separate external costs.
Eligibility at checkout
The selected participant, session and partner must still be eligible before a booking can be reserved. If checkout reports an eligibility change, refresh and choose a compatible session or another Hitting Partner. Junior-only approval supports eligible Junior sessions; Senior sessions require adult approval.
After the session
The saved payment method may be charged once for the authorised remaining balance after a completed session or valid no-show. A cancellation, dispute, or manual-review state blocks a new automatic balance attempt while it is unresolved.
