Booker fee
servingT may add a booking fee to the session rate. The exact fee, any GST, total, deposit, and remaining balance are shown before payment and snapshotted for the confirmed booking.
Hitting-partner fee
servingT may deduct the disclosed partner platform fee (percentage commission) from session earnings. A separately approved and accepted prospective low-value transaction policy may also apply once per qualifying booking, independent of commission overrides. Bookings → As a partner shows its assessment, recognition, recovery and outstanding balance separately. Signed-in partners open Manage → Payouts → Transaction fee assessments for policy acceptance, waivers and history. Existing bookings retain their financial snapshots.
Stripe Connect costs
Connected-account and payout costs attributable to a hitting partner are recovered at cost including Stripe supplier GST at 15%, independently of servingT GST on booking and platform fees. No hypothetical Connect cost is consumed when no bank payout occurs; a small positive residual carries forward if actual costs or the minimum prevent payout. Current cost details are set out in the Terms. Travel expenses and court booking fees are separate and are not servingT fees.
