Before you can accept paid bookings

Open Manage → Payouts to complete Stripe Connect onboarding. Bookings remain unavailable until the connected account can accept transfers and payouts. Keep Stripe verification and bank details current.

Before you set up payouts

Have photo ID or other verification documents handy, in case Stripe asks for them. Stripe may also ask for your business type: this means your business type as a hitting partner, not servingT's. For most hitting partners, "Individual or sole trader" will likely be the relevant option. Choose the option that matches your circumstances. On your first click on Set up payouts, review the guidance and choose Continue to Stripe, or Not yet to come back later. Continuing remembers your acknowledgment for your account in this browser, even if setup is incomplete or Stripe cannot be opened. Existing Stripe accounts can resume using Finish payout setup.

When earnings become eligible

A booking's deposit share and remaining partner balance normally become payout-eligible after the session is completed or validly marked no-show, the related customer payment has succeeded, and settlement is clear of refunds, disputes, and manual-review holds. For a protected booker cancellation, only the protected partner share of the deposit remains payable. The actual Stripe card-processing fee attributable to that deposit is deducted before the compensation is queued into the weekly payout.

Weekly payouts

servingT consolidates eligible earnings into at most one ordinary bank payout per connected account and currency in each Auckland week (Monday to Sunday). Work missed during an outage stays queued for an eligible weekly settlement. Earnings queued after the weekly eligibility cutoff carry forward; a large entitlement set may take several processing runs before the full payout is ready. Stripe settlement and bank processing can affect when funds become available and reach your account, so an estimated date is not a guarantee. Bookings → As a partner shows each booking’s expected earnings and payout components; Manage → Payouts contains payout setup and history.

Processing delays and recovery

Bookings require a ready Stripe Connect account. If Stripe later restricts an account for additional verification or updates, existing bookings and obligations remain recorded while affected earnings cannot transfer. Complete Stripe’s requirements to restore readiness; otherwise eligible earnings then resume through the normal payout workflow. Independent refund, dispute, financial-review and funding holds still apply. If Stripe has not confirmed a transfer or payout, servingT checks its outcome before trying again. Support may need Stripe request records to resolve an uncertain payment. An uncertain request keeps its original retry key while that key is safe to replay. If an eligibility hold is resolved, support can resume the unchanged obligation only after all checks pass. A manual-review hold or incomplete financial evidence pauses payouts; it does not by itself cancel your entitlement or reverse an existing transfer. Confirmed refunds, cancellations and disputes follow their separate recovery checks, including checks for a bank payout already in progress. Reversed or duplicate transfers need further reconciliation. Your earnings stay recorded while this is checked; recovery does not create an extra ordinary bank payout in the same Auckland week. Contact support if processing remains delayed.

Deductions

The disclosed percentage partner fee and any applicable configured service fee are separate. A single booking fee may be recovered internally across both payment legs or later eligible earnings, even with no bank payout. Outstanding debt is not collected cash. Original gross earnings and source Charges remain recorded. A small positive residual carries forward intact if actual Connect costs or the minimum prevent payout; no hypothetical Connect charge is consumed. Each partner booking shows its own fee and any earlier booking fee recovered from its earnings, with the original booking linked. Manage → Payouts consolidates gross earnings, liabilities, Stripe costs, source-booking deductions and net payouts. There is no separate servicing-fee history page. Stripe costs, when a payout occurs, include supplier GST at 15% independently of servingT GST. Payment and payout changes follow the existing state machines.
