If the booker cancels
If the booker cancels a paid booking, the deposit is forfeited. The hitting partner receives the protected partner share of the deposit through the normal weekly payout process, after the actual Stripe card-processing fee and applicable Stripe Connect cost recovery. servingT retains the portions of its booking and partner platform fees represented in the deposit calculation.
If the hitting partner cancels
If the hitting partner cancels, the booker receives a full deposit refund, subject to payment-provider processing time. Any applicable cancellation-related payment-provider costs may be recovered from the hitting partner under the Terms.
No-shows and reschedules
A valid booker no-show follows the separate no-show settlement process and may leave the authorised remaining session balance payable. A mutually accepted reschedule does not create cancellation compensation. Request-only states are not confirmed bookings and these cancellation rules begin only after payment succeeds.
