5. Prizes
One grand-prize winner will receive:
- One Diadem tennis racquet from the Elevate, Dream, Axis or Nova range. The grand-prize winner may select their exact model and grip size, subject to stock availability.

The sessions will be arranged at mutually reasonable times and must be completed by 20 November 2026.
Court hire for both sessions will be covered by servingT.
The prize is personal to the winner, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
If the winner's preferred eligible racquet is unavailable, an alternative eligible Diadem racquet will be offered.

6. Prize claiming and attendance
Each selected winner must claim their prize within 7 calendar days of being notified.
To claim a prize, each winner must respond to the promoter, confirm their eligibility, and agree to the applicable prize conditions. Auckland attendance is required for the hitting sessions included in all three prizes. Promotional filming is a condition of the grand prize only.
Failure to claim the prize within 7 calendar days may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of a replacement winner.
The promoter will work with the confirmed winners to arrange mutually reasonable session dates, with all hitting sessions to be completed by 20 November 2026.
The hitting partner or servingT has final discretion over the Auckland venue. Reasonable efforts will be made to choose a location convenient for the winner. Travel costs and other personal expenses are the winner's responsibility; court hire is covered by servingT.
If the winner cannot fulfil the prize requirements, they may decline the prize, in which case a replacement winner may be selected using the original selection method.
7. Promotional filming and media participation
The grand prize includes participation in a promotional photo and video shoot organised by servingT in collaboration with Diadem Sports NZ.
Participation in the promotional shoot is a condition of accepting the grand prize.
The winner agrees to:
- Participate in reasonable photography and videography during one of the two hitting sessions, including a short period immediately before or after the session if required.
- Wear a Diadem tennis shirt supplied by the organisers and use their awarded Diadem racquet during the promotional shoot.
- Participate in reasonable on-court promotional activities, including hitting footage, photographs and brief interviews or reactions, within their comfort and physical capabilities.
The participating servingT hitting partner will also wear Diadem apparel during the shoot.
The promotional material will showcase the winner's prize experience, servingT's hitting-partner marketplace, and Diadem's tennis products.
The winner acknowledges that their image, likeness, voice and recorded participation may feature in promotional material produced by servingT and Diadem Sports NZ.
Subject to a separate written media release consistent with these terms, both brands may edit, reproduce, publish and distribute the agreed material through their websites, social media accounts, email communications, and organic or paid digital advertising for 24 months following the shoot. Content already published may remain accessible after that period.
No additional payment will be due for these agreed promotional uses.
The winner will not be required to publish material on their personal social media accounts, deliver scripted endorsements, or express opinions they do not genuinely hold.
Where the winner is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must approve and sign the relevant media release before filming.
By entering, entrants accept the grand-prize promotional filming and media obligations described in these terms. The separate media release will be provided privately only to the identified grand-prize winner, after winner selection and before the promotional shoot. Entrants are not required to view or sign that document when entering.
8. Winner selection and notification
Three different winners will be selected at random from eligible entries after the competition closes, one for each prize.
The draw will take place on Wednesday 4 November 2026, after entries close.
The selected winners will be contacted using the email address supplied in their entry.
Each winner must claim their prize within 7 calendar days of the notification email being sent, as outlined in section 6.
If the winner does not respond within this period, is ineligible, or declines the prize conditions, the promoter may select a replacement winner by random draw from the remaining eligible entries.
Any replacement winner will be subject to the eligibility and acceptance requirements for their prize. Media participation is required only for the grand prize.
9. Availability and unforeseen circumstances
If a hitting session cannot proceed because of weather, illness, injury, venue unavailability or other circumstances outside the parties' reasonable control, the organiser will make reasonable efforts to reschedule it.
Any material substitution of the advertised prize will be discussed with the affected winner and must comply with applicable law.

Personal information will not be shared with Diadem for unrelated marketing purposes without an appropriate legal basis or separate consent.
11. General

The organiser may verify entries and disqualify those that breach the published rules, acting reasonably and consistently.
